Fixed Price Model
Per Hour Basis
Per Staff Basis
Fixed Price Model
Fixed price Models are largely for the projects whose scope is more or less fixed. This allows a fixed estimation and a fixed cost for a fixed set of requirements. Unfortunately requirement never stays the same, so there has to be modifications to the fixed price model. We at SilverCrux do allow modifications to the fixed Price Projects, but all the modifications become chargeable at hourly rate.
There are also situations where estimating Fixed Price Projects itself takes up some time. To elevate this situation, we charge clients for detailed Estimation and Phase wise plans. The charge itself depends on the project and is communicated before working on it.

Per Hour Basis
Per hour provides ideal platform to serve for both the Project Initiator and us. It is flexible and easy and work can be done and can be modified as and when it’s required.
Our Per Hour Rates are :
Web Design : $25/hour
ASP.NET Web Development : $30/hour
Silverlight Development : $30/hour
Project Manager : $45/hour

Per Staff Basis
If you have regular work or an ongoing project, per hour pricing can be steep. Our “Per staff “ model enables you to hire remote employees who can work with you as if they are your hired staff. You give them work, You communicate with them, You stay in full charge of the project! All this and you save as much as 30%(assuming 150 hours/month work) when you switch to Per Staff basis.
Our Per Staff Rates :
Web Designer : $2625 per month
ASP.NET Developer : $3150 per month
Silverlight Developer : $3150 per month
Silverlight Designer : $3150 per month
In Per Staff model, you will act as a project manager. Also since the dedicated nature of assignment, you have to pay last month’s charge in advance. To terminate the contract you have to let us know 30 days in advance. Once you have intimated us, we work for 30 days and adjust it’s payments against last month’s charge. So when you want to discontinue :
You intimate us 30 days in advance
We work for next 30 days for you.
Your payment of last month’s charge is adjusted and you don’t pay anything else.
