If your requirements dictate that you own full intellectual rights to the project, you can choose this option and all the work we will be doing will be fully under your rights. Since we are limited to not using our "Shared Library" codes, we have to write the code for you from "scratch".

This model gives you full ownership. We loose the right to use any part of your code in any other project then yourself. Only downside is : It effectively means we can not use our shared libraries, and hence the development cost(s) may be higher as we will need to re-invent wheels.

Hybrid License Mode

In this model, at the time of proposal, we will clearly mark the portions of our code that will be a part of "Shared Library". We will own full rights to this code and it will also provide us full rights to use the same code with several different clients.

We may or may not be providing full source code (it depends on requirement at the time of proposal). What you as a customer gain is lower costs as well as retaining the rights to important parts of your project. Kindly note that if you employ other third parties to work on our code or share or reproduce it, we may revoke your license for using those portions within your application.

Solution Licensing

SilverCrux also have ready made solutions for various verticals. We only provide license to use them and you can customize the portions of it with us or any other vendor. However this license is NEVER transferred and we own the full rights of the solution.

We also reserve the right to use it for different clients. Typically you can think of it as a Perpetual Lease that we have granted for you to use without any recurring payments involved. Using this solution for any company other then yours is illegal.
